We are looking for a talented inside sales professional who can thrive in a long sales cycle environment. The successful candidate will eventually hire and lead a team of inside sales representatives and will play a key role in achieving our company’s ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making phone calls, send emails and follow up with leads to close sales.

Responsibilities:

  • You will qualify new sales opportunities by closely prospecting inbound and outbound leads
  • You will understand customer needs, requirements and budgets
  • You will close sales and achieve monthly quotas consistently
  • You will build up a decent pipeline and close deals consistently

Requirements:

  • You have a proven inside sales experience; You have been there, done that and achieved quotas consistently for a minimum of 1 year.
  • You have a strong track record of over-achieving quota; No compromises on that.
  • We expect you to sound good on the phone and make multiple calls every day.
  • You must be proficient with MarTech terminologies. What’s MarTech? Join us and we will make you an expert in no time.
  • You love working with CRM and Marketing Automation tools; That’s also what you are going to work on day in , day out.
  • Must have skills to succeed: Your verbal and written communications skills are excellent and you also possess strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Your ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively is unparalleled. These qualities create sales leaders and we are keen to see you succeed.
  • You are persistent, not every customer is going to be a sale. Being able to bounce back and learn, if you lose a sale will be key for this job.
